I. Scope and Conditions of Recruitment
(1) Having China nationality and abiding by the Constitution and laws.
(2) Having good moral conduct and physical conditions that meet the requirements of the post.
(3) Applicants should be under 40 years of age (born after April 9, 1975) in addition to meeting the basic requirements for new recruits in public institutions.
(4) Unless otherwise specified, applicants are not subject to household registration restrictions.
(5) Professional and other conditions that meet the requirements of the recruitment position (for details, please refer to the attachment "2065438+2006 Weifang Public Institutions Open Recruitment Position Summary").
According to the relevant national and provincial regulations, Shandong Province or Weifang City will organize the recruitment and selection of grassroots project personnel (hereinafter referred to as grassroots project personnel) such as "selecting and transferring college graduates to work in villages", "three supports and one support" plan and "college students volunteering to serve the west", who have served for 2 years and passed the examination, and within 3 years (referring to 20 12, 20 13). Except for the outstanding college graduates selected by the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee to work in the village in 20 13 and 20 14, they can apply for positions that provide targeted recruitment services for grassroots project personnel. Among them, the targeted recruitment service for grass-roots project personnel in counties, urban areas and development zones is limited to "selecting and transferring college graduates to work in villages", "three supports and one support", those who register in counties and development zones (students) and those who volunteer to serve the western region. Those who have enjoyed preferential policies and have been employed as civil servants or staff members of public institutions will no longer enjoy preferential policies.
"Retired college student soldiers" who meet the conditions for receiving and resettling in Weifang (subject to the certificate of receiving and resettling retired soldiers issued by the civil affairs department of the receiving and resettling place, the same below) can apply for the targeted recruitment position of retired college student soldiers. "Retired college student soldiers" must meet one of the following three conditions:
1. After obtaining the admission notice of local full-time colleges and universities through the college entrance examination, he joined the army and returned to the original colleges and universities to complete his studies after retiring;
2. Local full-time college students join the army and return to the original college to complete their studies after retirement;
3. Retired from local full-time colleges and universities after graduation.
Weifang City directly under the direction of recruiting retired college soldiers, and "retired college soldiers" who meet the conditions for receiving and resettling in Weifang City can apply for the exam.
The directional recruitment of retired college students soldiers in counties and development zones is limited to "retired college students soldiers" who meet the conditions for receiving and resettling in counties and development zones.
Retired college student soldiers who have been placed in government agencies and institutions no longer enjoy the policy of directional recruitment.
Self-employment of retired college student soldiers, within two years (20 14, 20 15 retired) is employed or employed by organs at all levels or institutions with financial subsidies, and the Certificate of Self-employment of Retired Soldiers in Cities and Towns will be returned to the civil affairs department, and the one-time economic subsidies will be returned, and they will no longer enjoy preferential policies for self-employment.
Directing and entrusting fresh graduates to apply must obtain the consent of the orienting and entrusting training unit. Fresh graduates of part-time colleges and universities cannot apply for the exam, nor can they apply for the exam on the condition of academic qualifications; Servicemen cannot apply; Retired college student soldiers who have received criminal punishment or severe warnings and above can't apply for the exam; Persons who have been criminally punished and dismissed from public office, as well as those who are not allowed to be employed by law, are not allowed to apply for the exam. Candidates cannot apply for positions that relatives should avoid.
If the recruitment position has clear requirements for work experience, the applicant shall provide the corresponding work experience certificate. The social practice, internship and part-time job of full-time college graduates are not regarded as work experience, and the years of work experience are accumulated according to the expiration date, and the deadline is April 9, 20 16.

The identity documents used for registration and examination must be consistent. Each person is limited to one post, and candidates can modify their registration information during the qualification review. The review time is 2 hours, counting from the completion of submitting the registration information. The recruitment unit has passed the preliminary examination, and the registration information cannot be changed. Those who fail in the preliminary examination can change to other positions within the registration time. The performance of the applicant during the application period will be one of the important contents of the open recruitment inspection.
2. Preliminary unit inspection

The examination fee is charged according to 40 yuan per subject per person.
Applicants who intend to enjoy the examination fee waiver do not have to pay the online fee. After the recruitment unit has passed the examination, it will go through the examination and confirmation procedures for examination fee reduction and exemption with relevant certification materials at Weifang Personnel Examination Center (No.5502 Xinhua Road, Kuiwen District, Weifang City, south of Xinhua Road intersection of Shengli Street 100m). Professional basic knowledge is divided into five categories: medical treatment (post nature: B), pharmacy (post nature: C), laboratory (post nature: D), traditional Chinese medicine (post nature: E) and nursing (post nature: F). The examination content of pedagogy (post nature: g) consists of two parts: basic knowledge of public education and basic knowledge of teaching (including pedagogy, psychological knowledge and professional knowledge), accounting for 30% and 70% of the whole examination results respectively. The written test uses a percentage system to calculate candidates' scores. In order to ensure the basic quality of new recruits, the minimum qualified score line is set for the written test, which is determined by the open recruitment department of each institution according to the number of job recruits and the written test.

Weifang City, counties and cities, development zones and institutions shall be organized and implemented by the competent authorities in accordance with relevant regulations. The interview should reflect the post characteristics and professional requirements, and can be organized in various ways, such as professional test, structured test, scenario simulation, trial lecture, defense and practical operation. The interview should be strictly organized and the avoidance system should be seriously implemented. If the interviewer and the staff have prescribed kinship, colleague relationship or other factors that may affect the fairness of recruitment, they must withdraw.
According to the recruitment position and the number of recruits, the interview candidates are determined in proportion from high score to low score, and announced to the public according to the prescribed procedures. If the recruitment plan for the same position is less than 10, the proportion of interviewees is 1:3 (the proportion of some academic positions is not less than 1:3 and not more than1:5); If there are more than 10 people (inclusive), the ratio is 1:2 (including 10- 13 people in the recruitment plan and 28 people in the interview). The inspection can be conducted in various ways according to the requirements of post conditions. The list of persons to be employed will not be replenished after publicity. After the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no problem or the problems reflected do not affect the employment, the employing unit or its competent department shall put forward employment opinions, fill in the Registration Form for Employed Persons in Institutions and the Summary Form for Employed Persons in Institutions, and report to the competent department of open recruitment in institutions for filing procedures. If the problems affecting employment are reflected and verified, they will not be employed. The employing unit and the employed personnel shall sign employment contracts in accordance with the regulations and establish personnel relations.
