I. Recruitment Plan and Position

This time, 57 "young talents" in public welfare education and teaching were openly recruited for the society.

Second, the recruitment target

Fourth, the remuneration package.

The employed personnel are staff members of public institutions, and if they pass the examination after the probation period expires, they shall go through the post employment procedures in accordance with the regulations and implement the wages and benefits stipulated by the national policies; "Young talents" who meet the corresponding conditions stipulated in the Implementation Opinions of Shaoguan New Era "Hundred Talents Project" will be given corresponding preferential treatment after being recognized by the Office of the Leading Group for Talent Work of Shaoguan Municipal Committee:

1. Talents with senior professional titles or doctoral students will receive a talent allowance of 300,000 yuan in three years according to the ratio of 4:3:3.

2. Talents who have obtained intermediate titles or master's degree will receive talent allowance 1.5 million yuan in three years according to the ratio of 4:3:3.

Seven, physical examination and inspection

(1) Physical examination

Those who fail to attend the physical examination at the specified time and place or fail to pass the physical examination shall not enter the next link and be replenished in turn according to the results. The medical examination time will be announced separately.

The results of physical examination will be published on the public information website of Zhenjiang District People's Government of Shaoguan City.

(2) Investigation

In accordance with the prescribed procedures and standards, according to the examination results and physical examination results, the list of candidates for inspection is determined, and the employing unit conducts a comprehensive inspection of the candidates to be hired according to the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Inspection of Open Recruiters in Institutions of Guangdong Province (Trial).

3. The employed personnel shall apply for school service in Zhenjiang District for not less than 5 years, and shall not communicate, borrow or transfer within 5 years.

4. The probation period system is implemented for new employees, and the probation period is half a year.
