The ten famous scenic spots in Zhanjiang are Huguangyan, Dinglongwan International Ocean Resort, Sanlingshan National Forest Park, Jinsha Bay Coastal Leisure Resort, Hedi Yinhu Lake, Jizhaowan Tourism Resort, Maode Gonggu City, Confucius Cultural City, South Asian Tropical Botanical Garden and Leizhou Fubo Temple.
1. Huguangyan
Huguangyan is located 21km southwest of Zhanjiang City and 4km northwest of Huguang Town. Huguangyan National Geopark includes Huguangyan and Jiaoyiling in the northeast, Zhanjiang River Ocean School in the east, Zhanjiang Sugar Factory in the south, Mountain Dog Roar to Gongqiao Village in the west and South Subtropical Crop Research Institute in the north, covering an area of about 22 square kilometers. Geoparks are dominated by volcanic craters and circular fire hills around lakes.
2. Dinglongwan International Ocean Resort
Dinglongwan International Ocean Resort is located at the eastern end of the coastline of Wuchuan City under the jurisdiction of Zhanjiang City, starting from Wangcungang Town in the east, reaching Jizhaowan Resort in the west, and facing the South China Sea in the south, with a coastline of 16 kilometers, covering a total area of 1.6 million mu, creating an international large-scale seaside complex integrating commerce, catering, leisure, entertainment and culture.
In February, 2116, it was rated as a national 3A scenic spot. Taking Wuchuan Dinglong Real Estate Co., Ltd. as the main body of development, the resort is planned by Atkins, a world-class top planning and design company in Britain, with the theme of Jianghai culture and Gaolei culture, to create a cultural experience destination with ecological ocean, humanity and history.
Sanlingshan National Forest Park
Sanlingshan National Forest Park is located at the southernmost tip of Chinese mainland, three kilometers southwest of Zhanjiang City, Guangdong Province, with a total area of 22,685 mu and a forest area of 15,111 mu (1,111 hectares), with a green coverage rate of 98%. It is the largest green protection barrier in Zhanjiang City and is known as the lung and beautiful back garden of Zhanjiang City.
Sanling Mountain, at the southwest boundary of the park, is 141.1 meters above sea level, which is the highest mountain in Zhanjiang city. Climbing to the top of the mountain can enjoy the scenery of Zhanjiang coastal city. There are also rare hydrological and wetland resources in the park, such as Chixi Lake. Sanlingshan National Forest Park is surrounded by mountains and waters, with lakes and mountains, rolling mountains of different sizes and various ravines, enjoying a unique subtropical rainforest atmosphere and charm-lush trees, steaming clouds and fragrant flowers.
IV. Jinshawan Coastal Leisure Tourist Area
Jinshawan is located on the east coast of Chikan District, Zhanjiang City, covering an area of 1.26 million square meters. It is a national AAAA-level scenic spot, a large-scale lakeside park with more than 411 acres, and also a large-scale natural bathing beach. The ecological landscape in Jinsha Bay is rare in China. The tall white sand dunes, green coconut groves and blue sea are wonderfully combined to form a very magnificent natural ecological landscape, and its unique marine desert scenery attracts countless tourists at home and abroad.
V. Hedi Silver Lake
Hedi Silver Lake is located in Hechun Town, Lianjiang City, Zhanjiang, with a storage area of l22 square kilometers. It is the largest "man-made sea" in the province, the second largest reservoir in Guangdong and the national water skiing and rowing training base. Hedi Silver Lake spans the junction of Guangdong and Guangxi provinces, and there are more than 111 small islands in the lake that have been transformed from hills. The island is covered with lush trees and shade. Standing by the lake, waterfowl can be seen flying on the water, and the oncoming fog is refreshing.
VI. Jizhaowan Tourism Resort
Jizhaowan is a provincial-level tourist area with wide blue beaches, mild climate and abundant aquatic products. There are ten miles and nine bays, one bay and one scene, with beaches, sandbars, rocks, rivers, lakes, harbors, forests and fishing villages, which are very subtropical coastal features. In addition, the resort also carries out sea parachuting, windsurfing, speedboat, surfing, fishing, Mongolian horse racing and live-fire shooting. Maodegong Drum City Resort is the first one-stop holiday destination with the theme of "drums" in China, which originated from the "Leizhou Drum Exchange" which is the first of the four best in the world, covering an area of more than 3,111 mu. Covering Maode Gonggu City, Zhangshuwan Hotel, Leiyang Lake and other supporting facilities, it was awarded the national 4A-level tourist scenic spot at the end of 2117. Maodegong Drum City was built with reference to the city of Gulei Prefecture, with a construction area of 63,111 square meters and a total investment of more than 311 million yuan, integrating sightseeing, leisure, entertainment, accommodation, catering and shopping.
VIII. Confucius Cultural City
The Confucius Cultural City is famous for its grandeur, and it is the largest Confucian cultural tourist area newly built in China. The main building in the area, Confucius Temple, Qufu Ancient Confucian Temple in Shandong Province and Jianshui Ancient Confucian Temple in Yunnan Province are also called the three major Confucius Temples in China. Suixi Confucius Cultural City Tourist Area is located in the southwest of Suicheng Town, Suixi County. Get off at the Suixi exit of Yuzhan Expressway and drive to Suicheng for a few minutes, and you will see a grand ancient archway. This is the main entrance to the tourist area of Confucius Cultural City, Dezheng Square.

IX. South Asia Tropical Botanical Garden
Located on the Huguangyan River in Zhanjiang City, South Asia Tropical Botanical Garden is an integrated unit of scientific research, popular science tourism and development under the Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences. It is an important comprehensive scientific research base for southern subtropical crops in China, and has been engaged in the introduction, development and utilization of tropical plants for a long time. Its rich scientific research achievements and rich tropical plant germplasm resources make it a popular science education base in Zhanjiang City and even Guangdong Province, and one of the eight scenic spots in Zhanjiang. The botanical garden has charming scenery, fresh air and fragrant flowers and fruits in all seasons.
X. Leizhou Fubo Temple
Leizhou Fubo Temple, after nearly two thousand years of ups and downs, has maintained its original site style and the basic structure that was renovated during the Kangxi period of Qing Dynasty 311 years ago. It reflects the important decision made by the court in the Han Dynasty to carry out two crucial military actions and consolidate the frontier issues in order to safeguard the reunification of the motherland, and shows that Gulei Prefecture occupies an important national defense position as a "land in the south of the country". "Tiannan Linhai County, Fubo Tune in Han Dynasty" is a poem written by Qu Dajun, a famous Guangdong Confucian, after visiting Leizhou Fubo Ci in the late Ming Dynasty.
