Decision of the Standing Committee of Guangzhou Municipal People's Congress on Cancelling Some Administrative Licensing Matters in Local Regulations of Guangzhou
(adopted at the 9th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 12th Guangzhou Municipal People's Congress on June 5, 2114
approved at the 12th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 11th Guangdong Provincial People's Congress on July 29, 2114) > according to article 83 of the administrative licensing law of the people's Republic of China, "the provisions on administrative licensing before the implementation of this law shall be cleared up by the enacting organs according to the provisions of this law", the 9th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 12th Guangzhou Municipal People's Congress deliberated the proposal on canceling some administrative licensing items in local regulations of Guangzhou, and decided to cancel 68 administrative licensing items in local regulations of Guangzhou. The Municipal People's Government and its relevant departments should conscientiously do a good job in the supervision and management after the cancellation of the relevant administrative licensing matters to prevent the management from being out of touch. This decision shall be promulgated after being submitted to the Standing Committee of Guangdong Provincial People's Congress for approval.
