Huasheng Jiangquan Group began to invest in the hotel industry in 1998, the subordinate Linyi Jiangquan Hotel (★★★★★) successfully operated for 8 years, has formed a relatively mature management system and development mode. In 2006, it invested 800 million yuan to build Huasheng Jiangquan City, which is decorated according to the standard of ultra-luxury five-star hotel, with a total area of 90,000 square meters, a total construction area of 120,000 square meters, and the height of the main building of 159 meters, which is the first tallest building in Linyi City, and it combines food and beverage, lodging, business conference, office work, leisure and entertainment, exhibition and shopping as a whole. Huasheng Jiangquan City is currently under full renovation and is expected to open at the end of 2008. It has two 500m3 blast furnaces, which are researched and designed by Anshan Iron & Steel Design Institute, and installed by the construction company and machinery factory belonging to Jiangquan Group, adopting advanced high and new technology such as materialless bell, with the design capacity of producing 1.3 million tons of iron per year. The by-products are blast furnace gas and water slag (annual output of 450,000 tons), of which the blast furnace gas is an annual output of 1.92 billion cubic meters, in addition to hot air, sintering, coal spraying and other self-consumption, but also to the group's internal related industries to provide 700 million cubic meters of energy. Supporting it are a raw material treatment system with an annual capacity of 2 million tons of iron ore, a 1.5 million tons of 2 sets of 60 square meters of belt-cooled sintering system, and an iron casting machine system. The direct and indirect benefits of blast furnace gas and water slag are very considerable. Only one item of gas has an annual comprehensive benefit of more than 300 million yuan by solving the fuel for production of related industries. In terms of environmental protection measures, new technology of blast furnace dedusting is adopted, including bell-less furnace top, static lobe adjustable axial flow compression AV50-14 fan, furnace cooling soft water closed circulating system, sintering machine and belt cooler system with flexible transmission, supporting electric dedusting (100m2 and 800m2), PLC computer control, automatic loading, etc. The blast furnace dedusting system has a dry process and a water slag system, which can be used for the production of iron casting machine. The gas dedusting system is equipped with dry dedusting, dedusting from the iron plant, dedusting from the transfer station and comprehensive utilization of gas. The above environmental protection measures have formed a good comprehensive utilization of resources and ecological circulation circle, which not only improves the economic benefits of the enterprise, but also ensures the social benefits of sustainable development. The two blast furnaces have reached full production with a daily output of 3,500 tons.
