Guangzhou is definitely better than Shenzhen. Shenzhen once did create brilliance, but it is going downhill. Guangzhou is developing bit by bit, and everyone can see that public security and hygiene have been greatly improved. Note: I'm not from Guangzhou, but from Hunan.
