Two years and more grassroots work experience in this recruitment means that, as of March 8, 2023, the cumulative time spent working at the grassroots level has reached the second anniversary. Grass-roots work experience means having the experience of working in county (city, district) and the following party and government organs (including reference to the civil service law management units), institutions, state-owned enterprises at all levels, village (community) organizations, other economic organizations and social organizations.
The experience of unemployed graduates who have left school to participate in internships at a graduate internship base (which is a grass-roots unit) or to participate in project research at enterprises and institutions can be regarded as grass-roots work experience (social practice experience during schooling cannot be regarded as grass-roots work experience). The experience of working in the army regiment and units equivalent to the regiment, and the experience of retired soldiers serving in the army, can be regarded as grass-roots work experience.
