Third, the qualification requirements for the design unit

1, the design unit must have the Ministry of Construction issued by the Class A qualification for architectural decoration engineering design. The person in charge of the designer must have a senior technical title in the corresponding profession or a registered practice qualification of the corresponding level, and have the experience of designing hotels with more than four stars (see the annex for detailed requirements).

2. The design unit can also be a domestic or foreign consortium, and the domestic design organization shall meet the requirements of point 1 above.

3. The design organization shall submit more than one example of interior decoration of hotels of four stars or above designed in the past three years (examples of the proposed main designers).

Four, program design results requirements

1, according to the four-star hotel standard design, provide program design description (including cost estimates, etc.).

2, drawings (including the floor layout of each floor; entrance, lobby, guest elevator front room, restaurant, conference hall, guest rooms and other effect diagrams).

3, submit A3 (297mm × 420mm) specifications of the program book, the book should include the design description and the above drawings. Written copies of the above documents in four sets.

V. Pre-qualification application and submission

Method 1, interested in participating in the design unit should be October 25, 18.00 hours before the "pre-qualification documents" and the performance of similar projects in the last three years (four-star hotel renovation program text of at least one case), submitted to the Hunan Province, Xiangtan City, Yuhu District, No. 2, Dahu Road, XIVIWEI Café in the West, participate in the unit at the same time as the submission of information Participating units shall provide the original (copy) of business license, qualification certificate and practicing qualification certificate of main designers.
