How should domestic garbage be classified?
According to the Classification Standard of Municipal Domestic Waste (DB33/T1166-2019), municipal domestic waste can be divided into four categories: recyclable, harmful, perishable and others.

I. Recyclable materials

It mainly includes: paper, plastic, glass, metal and recyclable materials are put into the blue trash can as required, and the sale is encouraged.

Second, hazardous waste.

It mainly includes: waste batteries, waste light bulbs, household chemicals and others. Hazardous waste should maintain the integrity of the goods when released; Harmful batteries should prevent harmful substances from leaking out; Waste fluorescent tubes should be prevented from being broken.

Third, perishable garbage.

Mainly includes: kitchen waste, kitchen waste and fresh waste. Perishable garbage should be put into green trash can, which is generally treated by aerobic composting, anaerobic biogas production or biotechnology. ?

Other garbage: all domestic garbage except the above three kinds of garbage in garbage classification. Other garbage is put into the gray trash can and sent to be burned for power generation.
