:米ichelin的评价体系 Michelin Guide's ratings are divided into: general ratings and star ratings.
Michelin's general rating: marked by the symbols "crossed spoons", "head symbol" and "two coins". The crossed spoons and forks symbol was designed in 1931 to indicate the grade of the restaurant, and later the star was used as a symbol for the highest grade of the restaurant. Forked Spoon: One to five forked spoon symbols are given for the performance of the restaurant.
Five spoons means luxury, four spoons means top comfort, three spoons means very comfortable, two spoons means cozy, and one spoon means a little comfortable. If the restaurant's ambience is particularly pleasantly laid-back, the forked spoon logo on the front will be red instead of the usual black.
Human head sign: this head means the Michelin-recommended authentic bistro BibGourmand (Bib is the tire man's name, Bibendum), known as Bibendum Gourmand, which offers good food at the right price (this price is demanded differently in different countries and regions).
The "two coppers" sign: called piecettes, meaning small coins, restaurants with this sign offer simple meals for up to 16 euros (depending on the country).
A star rating is a separate rating from these general ratings. For example, a star is not necessarily related to a fork and spoon; a star is for the food, a fork and spoon for the comfort of the dining environment, but just as everyone knows three stars and two stars but not necessarily a fork and spoon, so the star is much more important than the fork and spoon.
