1. Established HACCP system documents, including food safety team, hazard analysis, premise plan, HACCP plan
2. Data of actual operation for more than 3 months, and corresponding internal audit and management review data;
3. The legal qualification of the enterprise, including business license, organization code certificate, production license, etc.
4. List of main equipment, list of monitoring equipment, production process flow, floor plan, equipment layout, people flow diagram, water supply and drainage diagram, etc.
5. The implementation standards of major products need to be filed if they are enterprise standards;
6. The list of food additives used includes information such as dosage;
7. Certification application;
8, product inspection report, water quality test report and other information;
9. Other materials that the certification body deems necessary.
