First, restore the normal business of religious sites, various social training institutions, outdoor gathering and entertainment venues, scenic spots and closed space cultural, sports and entertainment venues, student and child care institutions, and offline education and training institutions.

Second, all the general clinics, individual clinics and village clinics in the west of county 105 National Road, east of Chaoyue Road, south of Guangming Road and north of 520 Provincial Road resumed consultation, and massage shops resumed business.

Third, the above-mentioned key places in various industries that have resumed business must post and use "site codes", strictly implement normalized epidemic prevention and control measures, implement "flow restriction, reservation and peak shifting" management, control personnel density, strictly implement control measures such as temperature measurement, code scanning, code lighting, and keeping the distance of 1 meter, and find people in red code, yellow code and medium-high risk areas with abnormal body temperature at the first time. If the epidemic situation spreads due to the ineffective implementation of epidemic prevention and control measures, the responsibilities of relevant departments, enterprises, institutions and individuals will be seriously investigated according to the law.

Four, development zones, towns, streets, counties and departments in charge of various industries should compact the responsibility of territorial management and industry leadership, and continue to carry out special supervision and inspection on the posting and use of "site codes" in various public places. If it is found that there is no normal application for using the "site code", it will be immediately ordered to suspend business for rectification.
