(1) Food business premises shall keep a distance of at least 25 meters from toxic and harmful places such as garbage dumps, pits and toilets, cesspools and other pollution sources;
(two) food business premises and personal living space should be separated or can be separated by a certain distance;
(3) The food business premises shall keep the internal environment clean and tidy;
(four) in accordance with the principle of separating raw food from cooked food, set up sales areas or counters for fresh food and cooked food products to prevent cross-contamination.
3. Food business operators shall have equipment or facilities such as disinfection, changing clothes, washing, lighting, ventilation, anti-corrosion, dust prevention, fly prevention, rodent prevention, insect prevention, washing, waste water treatment and garbage storage that are suitable for the variety and quantity of food they operate, and meet the following requirements:
(1) It has a reasonable equipment layout and technological process, so as to prevent the food to be processed from cross-contamination with directly imported food, raw materials and finished products, and avoid the food from contacting with toxic and unclean substances;
(2) Containers, tools and equipment for storing, transporting, loading and unloading food shall be safe and harmless, kept clean, prevented from food contamination, and meet special requirements such as temperature required to ensure food safety, and food shall not be mixed with toxic and harmful substances for transportation;
(3) Non-toxic and clean sales tools should be used to sell directly imported unpackaged food;
(four) food containers, tools and equipment are strictly separated from personal daily necessities.
4, food business operators should be equipped with food safety professional and technical personnel and food safety management personnel, responsible for food safety management.
5. Food business operators shall establish and improve food safety management systems such as food purchase inspection and recording, storage, transportation, inspection and delisting.
6. Food business operators shall establish a health examination system and a health record system for employees. Employees engaged in food business must obtain a health certificate before they can engage in food circulation business activities, and should undergo health examination every year according to law.
Health certification materials issued by hospitals or health and epidemic prevention departments at or above the county level; Remote rural areas can also be issued by township hospitals or health and epidemic prevention departments.
Extended information According to Article 33 of the Food Safety Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the conditions for applying for a food circulation permit mainly include four aspects:
First, it has food raw material processing, food processing, packaging and storage places suitable for the variety and quantity of food it manages, keeping the environment of the places clean and tidy, and keeping a prescribed distance from toxic and harmful places and other pollution sources;
Second, it has production and operation equipment or facilities suitable for the variety and quantity of food produced and operated, and has corresponding equipment or facilities such as disinfection, changing clothes, washing, lighting, ventilation, corrosion prevention, dust prevention, fly prevention, rodent prevention, insect prevention, washing, wastewater treatment and garbage and waste storage;
