note: the date of submission of application materials is not necessarily regarded as the date of acceptance of the application for administrative license. Only when the application materials are complete and conform to the legal form will the acceptance certificate of administrative license be issued, otherwise, only the receipt certificate of materials be issued.
after accepting the application for catering service license, if it is found that the applicant's conditions do not meet the requirements in the on-site inspection of catering service license, but it can be rectified and improved in a short time, the applicant can be given the opportunity of "rectification within a time limit" within 8 working days according to the spirit of "convenience principle" defined in Article 6 of the Administrative Licensing Law of the People's Republic of China.
Therefore, the conclusion in the Record of On-site Verification of Catering Service License is "rectification and improvement within 8 working days", and the time required for rectification by the applicant is not included in the time limit of administrative license.
