air compressor
Compressed air oil-water separator is used to separate condensed water, oil and other impurities in compressed air, so that the compressed air can be preliminarily purified. The general working pressure is 0. 1Mpa- 2.5Mpa.
Working principle of compressed air oil-water separator;
When compressed air enters the oil-water separator, the flow direction and speed change sharply, and then oil droplets and water droplets with higher density than compressed air are separated by inertia. The common ones are impact oil-water separator and annular rotary oil-water separator. After the compressed air enters the shell of the oil-water separator from the inlet, the airflow is blocked by the baffle at first, then bounces down, and then rises up, resulting in annular rotation. In this way, water droplets and oil droplets are separated from the air and settled at the bottom of the shell under the action of centrifugal force and inertia force. Another kind of oil-water separation system, which uses stainless steel wire mesh as coalescent filler inside and steel welded tank structure as shell, generally uses a pressure of 0. 1Mpa-2.5Mpa. Its principle is to use the organic combination of cyclone and stainless steel wire mesh to catch fog, and at the same time, it can effectively remove dust, water and oil mist in compressed air by adopting mechanisms such as direct interception, inertial collision, Brownian diffusion and condensation, with high water and oil removal capacity and wide working range. [2]
When compressed air and other gases containing oil and water are introduced into the oil-water separator, large droplets fall to the bottom of the oil-water separator under the action of gravity, and small droplets in mist are captured by the wire mesh and condensed into large droplets, which fall to the bottom of the oil-water separator. Therefore, the entrained liquid is separated, and the separated liquid flows into the lower part and is discharged by manually opening the valve, or discharged from the body by installing an exhaust valve at the lower part.
oceanic
The Marine Environmental Protection Committee under the International Maritime Organization adopted the IMO resolution. MEPC.107 (49) July 2003 18. This resolution puts forward new requirements for Annex I of MARPOL 73/78 on YWC 15ppm bilge oil-water separator. Through this marine oil-water separator, bilge water containing various fuel oils, high-density residual oil and emulsified mixture of iron oxide and surfactant can be effectively treated.
vehicle
Under the third national standard, vehicles equipped with high-pressure * * rail engines have higher requirements for diesel quality, because high-pressure injectors need to accurately control injection pressure, injection time and injection quantity, so exquisite workmanship is required. If there is unfiltered water or impurities in diesel oil, it will wear the plunger coupling in the injector and cause strain until the injector is stuck. Damage to the fuel injector will lead to unstable or weak engine acceleration or black smoke, which will affect the normal operation of the vehicle.
As the first stage of the multi-stage filter system, the primary fuel filter has the function of filtering out large particles of impurities and moisture.
In order to make the engine drink clean and good diesel oil, it is the simplest and most practical method to "secondary process" the substandard engine oil and install a set of oil-water separator.
