Second, the registration conditions

Postgraduate degree, major in marketing or international trade, proficient in spoken English, bilingual teaching in Chinese and English is preferred.

Fourth, the evaluation method.

1. Qualification examination. 2. Interview evaluation. The assessment team will interview the candidates to be hired, and comprehensively evaluate their growth background, professional performance, educational and teaching concepts, teaching and research capabilities, etc. And fill in the interview assessment opinions and sign them according to the comprehensive quality and personality characteristics of the candidates to be assessed.

3. Professional skill evaluation and classroom evaluation. After passing the qualification examination and interview, candidates will take the professional skills examination and attend lectures. Candidates take part in the professional skills assessment of this major, and the assessment team calculates the results according to the scoring standard and counts them into the assessment results. Applicants participate in the assessment of classroom education and teaching ability, and the assessment team makes centralized comments on teachers' classroom lectures and fills in the Attendance Record Form. Each examiner fills in the Evaluation Form of Candidates' Classroom Education and Teaching Ability and signs it.

4. Collective research. The human resources department of the school will submit the materials such as qualification examination, lecture evaluation, interview assessment and professional skill assessment to the joint meeting of the party and government for research, and determine the candidates to be hired according to the comprehensive results.

5. Examination and approval of publicity. After collective research, the human resources department of the school will publicize the list of candidates to be hired on the campus network. If the results do not affect employment, the summary materials shall be submitted to the Personnel Department of the Municipal Education Bureau and the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau for approval.
