Proof of residential address includes the housing lease contract, documents proving the ownership of the house, the purchase contract, or the housing tenant, the employer, the school of accommodation issued by the school, etc.; proof of employment includes the industrial and commercial business licenses, labor contracts, the employer issued proof of labor relations, or other evidence of lawful and stable employment of materials, etc.; proof of schooling includes the student ID card, the school of study issued by the school, or other evidence of continuous schooling. For those who meet the conditions for residence permits, the public security organs shall issue the permits within 15 days from the date of acceptance; in remote areas, areas with inconvenient transportation, or due to special circumstances, can not be produced and issued on time, the local people's government above the municipal level in the implementation of the Measures may extend the time limit for the production and issuance of the time limit, but the extension of the maximum shall not exceed 30 days.
