In this recruitment, Jiaxing City and all counties (cities, districts) * * * launched 16 targeted positions for retired soldiers (college graduates). According to the previous consultation, we sorted out the matters needing attention in the application, hoping to help the retired soldiers of college students.

First, the introduction of the orientation post released this time

In order to show preferential treatment for retired soldiers, the recruitment of 16 oriented posts has been relaxed in terms of age, education, major and place of enlistment (household registration). Among them, the age is all relaxed to 40 years old and below (born after May 5 198 1), the academic qualifications are relaxed to junior college or above1,the majors are not limited to 14, and the places of enlistment or household registration are relaxed to Jiaxing city. Second, the conditions for applying for directional positions

In the recruitment announcement, it is clear that the above-mentioned 16 post is specially set for retired soldiers of ordinary college graduates, and it is pointed out that there are two situations covered by retired soldiers of ordinary college graduates: first, those who joined the army after graduating from college or above and are now retired; Second, those who have been admitted to ordinary institutions of higher learning or served in the army during their school years, and continue to study and obtain college education or above after retirement.

After the conscription announcement was issued, some retired soldiers called to ask why the scope should be limited. Some retired soldiers thought that although they were not college soldiers when they joined the army, they also improved their academic qualifications through various channels and got a college diploma, which can be regarded as "retired soldiers of college students". In fact, the targeted recruitment of retired soldiers by enterprises and institutions, like one-time bonuses, is a supporting policy to encourage college students to join the army. The "Implementation Measures for the Recruitment of College Students in Zhejiang Province" issued on 20 16 proposes to improve the reward and punishment policy. Municipalities, counties (cities, districts) should arrange at least/kloc-0 posts in public institutions and 5% posts in state-owned enterprises to recruit retired college students, and make it clear that the Measures are not applicable to adult education, various non-academic education, training schools and self-taught schools. Since 20021,our city has increased the proportion of retired soldiers recruited by enterprises and institutions.

After the establishment of the Department of Veterans Affairs, the expression of retired soldiers of ordinary college graduates has been used in relevant normative documents and civil servants, and its essence is consistent with the expression of "retired soldiers of college students" in the Implementation Measures for Recruitment of College Students in Zhejiang Province. In addition, according to the relevant regulations, graduates of senior technical schools and technician colleges who have obtained the nationally recognized vocational skill level certificates (vocational qualification certificates) are enlisted, and graduates of senior technical classes and technician classes are given one-time rewards for college students to join the army according to the standards of full-time college graduates and undergraduate graduates respectively, enjoying the same treatment as retired soldiers specially recruited by enterprises and institutions.

Three. Recruitment procedures and methods

(1) Registration (preliminary qualification examination)

This open recruitment takes the form of online registration.

Applicants log on to the Zhejiang General Recruitment Online Newspaper Platform, register their real personal information, and then select the recruiting unit and qualified positions to register. Each applicant is limited to one position.

2. Preliminary qualification examination. Time: May 5-May 2022 10.

The recruitment unit conducts the preliminary qualification examination for the position selected by the candidates, and the candidates can check the results and the reasons for failing the preliminary examination online. Those who pass the preliminary examination can no longer apply for other positions; Those who failed the preliminary qualification examination but still registered online (9: 00 on May 5, 2022-9: 00 on May 16: 00) can register again and accept the qualification examination.

3. Payment confirmation. Time: May 2022 10 09: 00-May 14 02: 00.

Candidates who have passed the preliminary qualification examination pay online on the same website, and the examination fee is 100 yuan per person. If the payment confirmation is not completed within the specified time, it will be deemed as giving up the registration qualification.

If the number of posts that have passed the preliminary qualification examination and completed the payment confirmation has not reached the proportion of starting the examination, those who apply for the post can report to the qualified recruitment posts in Jiaxing recruitment announcement plan within the specified time. Those who do not change their registration within the time limit, or those who do not have suitable positions to change their registration, will be deemed to have given up the registration change and refunded the examination fee.

4. Download and print the admission ticket. Those who have completed the payment confirmation will log on to the Zhejiang General Recruitment Online Newspaper Platform from May 26th to May 28th, 2022, download and print the admission ticket, and take the exam according to the explicit requirements of the admission ticket.

(2) written examination

The written test is organized and implemented by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, and the test time is May 29th, 2022. The written test subjects are:

(3) Qualification examination and interview

Each recruitment position is determined according to the high score and low score ratio of 1:3 (if the ratio is insufficient, it is determined according to the actual number of people). Those who miss the written test or score zero in one of the subjects are not listed as interviewees.

The interview is tentatively scheduled for June 25th. The interview is organized and implemented by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, and is conducted in a structured interview manner. The interview score is 100, and the qualified score is 60. Those who fail the interview cannot be included in the medical examination and investigation. The interview time and place will be announced separately.

(4) Physical examination

After the interview, the written test results and interview results are combined to calculate the total score. If the total score is equal, the one with high written test scores ranks first; Those who are equal again rank first with high scores of comprehensive application ability. The formula for calculating the total score is: total score = written test score ÷ number of test subjects ×40%+ interview score ×60%.

The human resources and social security department determines the physical examination and investigation objects from high score to low score according to the recruitment plan 1: 1. Those who fail the physical examination or voluntarily give up will be replenished in turn (those who fail the interview are not listed as replacement objects).

(5) Investigation

The inspection shall be organized and implemented by the competent department of each recruitment unit. The inspection work was carried out with reference to the Measures for the Investigation of Civil Servants' Employment (Trial) (Zhong Zufa [2021]1No.).

Before the implementation of physical examination and inspection, if the state and province introduce new regulations, they shall be implemented according to the new regulations.

(6) Publicity

According to the results of physical examination and investigation, determine the list of personnel to be hired and publicize it for 7 working days. After the expiration of the publicity period, if the problem is not reflected or the problem is verified not to affect the employment, it will be employed. Those who reflect the problems affecting employment and find evidence will not be hired; If it is difficult to verify the problems reflected at the moment, the employment will be suspended, and then whether to hire or not will be decided after investigation.

No replacement will be arranged after the list of persons to be hired is publicized.

(7) Employment

After determining the candidates for employment, it shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the Trial Rules for the Employment System of Institutions in Zhejiang Province. If the person to be employed fails to report within the specified time without justifiable reasons, the employment qualification will be cancelled. Full-time college graduates in 2022 (who must obtain academic qualifications and degree certificates before September 30, 2022) shall be handled according to the registration procedures for graduates. Those who fail to graduate on time or obtain the academic qualifications and degree certificates specified in the recruitment position will be disqualified. The proposed employee must terminate the labor (employment) contract with the original unit before reporting for duty.
