Handan Lugang Logistics Park is adjacent to Handan Airport, Beijing-Guangzhou Railway and 107 National Road, with unique traffic conditions. Hanshan District plans to use 10 years to build the park into a new port-facing industrial city with reasonable layout, perfect functions, industrial agglomeration and radiation to the Central Plains, which will provide a platform and support for the development of modern logistics industry with large throughput, large distribution and large circulation in the city. It is estimated that the infrastructure construction will be completed in 20 10, and it has the conditions of a large-scale logistics center. It will deliver 30 million tons of goods annually, realize 6 billion yuan of income and 400 million yuan of profits and taxes, and become another "accelerator" to boost regional economic development.

The construction of Handan Lugang Logistics Park meets the requirements of National Logistics Industry Adjustment and Revitalization Plan, Hebei Modern Logistics Industry Development Plan and Handan Modern Logistics Development Strategic Plan, and is supported by national, provincial and municipal preferential policies, creating conditions for the comprehensive development and construction of the park.

Handan Lugang Logistics Park was built in Hanshan District, and the location advantage of Handan City is unique. Beijing-Guangzhou Railway, Han Ji Railway, Han-Chang Railway, Huang Han Railway and Beijing-Guangzhou High-speed Railway crisscross. The second largest railway marshalling station in the Central Plains, National Highway 106, National Highway 107, National Highway 309, Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway, Qinglan Expressway and Handa Expressway form a double cross, and the expansion of Handan Airport's million passenger throughput hub airport is completed.
