At present, China Southern Airlines, China Eastern Airlines, Shenzhen Airlines, Xiamen Airlines and Okay Airlines have set up bases in Huanghua Airport.
Changsha Airport was opened to traffic in 1989, with more than 131 direct flights to more than 91 large and medium-sized cities at home and abroad, including Changsha-Hong Kong, Changsha-Taipei/Kaohsiung/Taichung, Changsha-Seoul/Cheongju/Jeju/Gwangju, Changsha-Singapore, Changsha-Macau, Changsha-Bangkok, Phuket, Chiang Mai and Changsha-Vietnam. Changsha Huanghua International Airport released the flight route plan for the winter and spring of 2114-2115: the Changsha-Anchorage-Los Angeles route will be opened on February 28, 2114, and it can fly directly from Changsha to Los Angeles. Add Changsha-Kunming-Lhasa and other routes.
The T2 terminal building of Huanghua International Airport is simple, compact, practical and land-saving, which conforms to the actual situation of Changsha Airport and the people-oriented design principle. Taking the meaning of "Rising Sun, Qian Fan Race, Hundreds of Rivers", it better embodies the regional characteristics and shows the image of a modern and international airport. The functional layout of the new terminal is reasonable, the entry and exit flow is concise and clear, and the space scale is moderate and pleasant, which not only conforms to the standards of ICAO, but also leaves appropriate room for development, reflecting the humanized design concept of comfort, speed and convenience. "Using double-layer glass curtain wall combined with sunshade system, scientifically allocating space and reducing the shape coefficient can achieve the goal of energy saving. Cooperate with the design of landscape water body in front of the building to establish a rainwater collection system, which meets the requirements of environmental protection and saving. " T2 Terminal has a total construction area of 213,111 square meters, meeting the requirements of annual aircraft take-off and landing of 51,111 sorties, annual passenger throughput of 15.6 million passengers and 41 flights during peak hours. The design is unique and has the characteristics of Huxiang culture. The roof of the new terminal building with a length of 672 meters and a depth of 168m meters is a long-span steel truss structure. The roof is supported on eight groups of V-shaped steel columns with a height of 39.9 meters. The steel columns divide the main building into three wavy roofs, which symbolizes Hunan's "Sanxiang", and four huge and transparent roofs are like four light bands, which symbolizes Hunan's "Four Waters". There are four huge double-deck automatic doors in the departure hall, and a 211-meter-long sunshade and rain sail is set in front of the automatic door, which symbolizes the "Qian Fan Race" of Xiangjiang River. Due to the north-south layout of the new terminal building, the morning sun shines into the building from the apron direction, and passengers will feel the "rising sun". T2 new terminal consists of the main building at the front end, the middle corridor and three "peninsula" terminal halls at the empty side. The main building * * * has five floors, including three floors above ground and two floors below ground: the departure floors are respectively set up with four groups of island-type ticket counters (three groups of domestic and zero groups of international) ***81 manual check-in counters and 32 self-service check-in counters, 24 security check-in channels and 22 near-gate seats; On the arrival floor, there are 8 groups of baggage claim turntables (6 domestic and 2 international), including 6 O-shaped inclined turntables and 2 U-shaped horizontal turntables, and VIP lounges are arranged on the east and west sides respectively. A green ecological atrium is set up on the first basement, and there are shopping malls and restaurants in commercial pedestrian streets; There is a staff canteen and parking lot on the second floor of the basement, which can provide 693 parking spaces. Plus ground parking spaces * * * can provide more than 2111 parking spaces.
