There is a patio in the building, which can be used to store grain. There are also many agricultural facilities in the building: windmills, stone mills, rice rafts and so on. On holidays, Ciba will be made with stone pheasants and tasted by the whole family.

There is a circular ancestral hall in the building, so a double-ring building is formed. There are always three doors in the ancestral temple, and different affairs come in and out from different doors. It can be divided into Ximen (wedding), Shengmen (praying for children's safety) and Sang Men (funeral entrance). There is a big circle in front of nave, divided into five squares, representing the five elements of Golden Gate, which means endless life.
