What materials should be prepared for the annual business license
1. Annual inspection report;
2. Power of attorney of the designated representative or entrusted agent of the enterprise;
3. A copy of the business license;
4. If there are pre-registration administrative licensing items in the business scope, the relevant license documents stamped with the seal of the enterprise and a copy of the approval documents;
5. An enterprise as a legal person shall submit a balance sheet and an income statement;
6. If an enterprise is an unincorporated branch, it shall also submit a copy of the business license of the branch and affix the seal of the enterprise as a legal person; Enterprises that have entered liquidation only submit the materials listed in the first paragraph.
