Columbus Plaza has a total construction area of 211,111 square meters, of which the first-phase construction area is 1.27 million square meters, which is composed of a "one-stop" leisure shopping park with American marine customs (about 61,111 square meters, Second, three-story open block building), finely decorated Haydn International Apartment with a height of 4.99 meters (about 27,111 square meters), LOFT office building with a height of 4.99 meters (about 21,111 square meters) and a super-large underground parking lot of 23,111 square meters. There are 811 parking spaces in the first phase (there are 1,611 parking spaces in total).

the project design is based on the epic poem "Discovering the New World of America" of Columbus, a great navigator and explorer, and draws lessons from the international advanced planning concepts of Block shopping centers such as North American block blocks and shopping parks. There are 211-meter riverside landscape corridor, circular American Ocean Style Street, double-deck three-dimensional walking system, sunken rock climbing square, bullfighting square and other interactive entertainment facilities, which gather many leisure and experiential consumption elements. Upon completion, it will become the first international and one-stop leisure consumption center in Wuxi, which integrates shopping, leisure, entertainment, catering and business.
