I. Scope of encirclement

There are six communities in dali town, such as Liulian, Qicheng, Qiyang, Dongting, Chiayi, Huang Qi, Fishery, Baisha, Shaxi, Bichong, Jiangbei, Dongxiu, Yongya, Hedong, Yanbu and Hengjiang 16.

Take the property community, community or community as a unit, scientifically set up the enclosure management area, reserve a number of bayonets, implement 24-hour duty, and reserve emergency passages.

Visitors, personnel and vehicles are not allowed to enter or leave the closed management area with their passes. Passes are applied to the community by residents in the closed management area. Among them, lessees of rental houses, employees of enterprises, drivers, passengers and vehicles that need frequent access shall be applied to the community by the rental owners or enterprises. Those who do not work or live in the closed management area will not be accepted.

Vouchers and vehicles must strictly implement measures such as temperature measurement, wearing masks, checking health codes and travel codes, and scanning place codes, and provide nucleic acid sampling records after 0: 00 on April 1 1 day. Red team, persons with yellow codes and trip codes with asterisks shall be subject to the relevant regulations notified by our region.

In the closed management area, catering units restrict dining services. From April of 13, in the closed management area, the actual usage of dining tables shall not exceed 50% of the total, and the distance between dining tables shall not be less than 1 m.

Residential areas and property residential areas can set up centralized delivery points for express delivery and take-away outside the closed area, and implement non-contact distribution.

In the closed management area, residents should try their best to go out and not gather unless necessary. When going out, try to avoid taking public transportation and "two points and one line" to and from the destination. Strengthen daily health monitoring, residents should take daily temperature measurement, encourage encryption for nucleic acid detection, and report to their communities as soon as they have symptoms such as fever and cough. Communities and property communities should regularly carry out disinfection work, focusing on public areas and facilities such as elevators, corridors, toilets and centralized delivery points, as well as key parts such as elevator buttons and stair handrails.

Our town will intensify supervision, inspection and law enforcement through unannounced visits, and resolutely shut down and rectify places and enterprises that violate epidemic prevention requirements.

The above control measures will be dynamically adjusted according to the needs of epidemic prevention and control. Residents and friends are requested to further raise their awareness of prevention, not to spread rumors or believe rumors, and actively cooperate with the implementation of relevant epidemic prevention measures.
