Origin of Quanjude
In May 1993, Beijing Quanjude Group was established in China.

In June 1994, Beijing Quanjude Roast Duck Co., Ltd. was established by Quanjude Group and six other enterprises.

In April 2004, Capital Tourism Group, Quanjude Group and New Lufthansa Group implemented strategic reorganization. Capital Tourism Group became the largest shareholder of Beijing Quanjude Roast Duck Co.

In January 2005, Beijing Quanjude Roast Duck Co., Ltd. changed its name to China Quanjude (Group) Co. Immediately thereafter, China Quanjude (Group) Co., Ltd. further acquired a 30.91% equity interest in Jude Hua Tian Holdings Co., Ltd. and became the largest shareholder of Jude Hua Tian Holdings Co.

In April 2007, Beijing's famous long-established catering enterprises, Imitation Cuisine Restaurant, Feng Ze Yuan Restaurant and Sichuan Restaurant, also entered into Quanjude Joint Stock Company, by which time China Quanjude (Group) Co., Ltd. had developed into a joint fleet of catering companies that covered the flavors of barbecue, grill, and shabu-shabu, and the tastes of Sichuan, Shandong, Palace, and Beijing flavors, and brought together a number of long-established brands of catering in the capital city.

Since its establishment, Quanjude Co., Ltd. has adhered to Premier Zhou Enlai's insightful interpretation of Quanjude's "Whole but no defects, gathering but not dispersing, benevolence and morality are supreme", and has carried forward the enterprise spirit of "Thinking and doing, starting and innovating to create the first-class". It has carried out seven innovative activities in system, mechanism, marketing, management, science and technology, enterprise culture and spiritual civilization construction, and established the development strategy of giving full play to the brand advantage of Quanjude and taking the road of scale, modernization and chain operation. Over the past ten years, we have been shaping our brand image with our unique food culture, actively exploring domestic and overseas markets, and accelerating the expansion of chain operations.
