Because KFC's two systems in Taiwan have their own decision-making and management teams, which are like overlapping bedsteads, Yum and Wybridge agreed in 2111 that Yum would directly operate all KFC stores in Taiwan, merge Taiwan Province Saunders into Yum's Taitai Company, reorganize and set up "Yum KFC Company in Taiwan Province", and open individuals to join.

After Jardine Matheson Group took over, it reshaped the product route of Taiwan Province KFC, with chicken as the main product and egg tarts as the supplement, emphasizing the delicacy of the products, and at the same time introducing the concept of family restaurant into the decoration of the branch.
