According to the Notice of Xi People's Government on Printing and Distributing Several Opinions on Adjusting the Access Policy of Registered Population in Our City, the Interim Provisions on the Access of Registered Population in Urban Areas (No.7 of the Municipal Government/KLOC) and the Notice of the General Office of Xi People's Government on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Rules of the Interim Provisions on the Access of Registered Population in Urban Areas (No.52 of the Municipal Government Office), the application for moving into Xi registered population through our center must meet the following conditions at the same time.
1. The industrial and commercial tax relationship of the applicant's unit must be in the high-tech zone and have the qualification of an independent legal person.
2. The applicant's company has opened an account in our center to manage files, and the applicant's files are managed by the company.
3. The applicant has intermediate or above (including intermediate) professional titles or master's degree or above (intermediate professional technicians with professional titles or qualification certificates must be professional counterparts of the employer).
4. The employer of the applicant signs a labor contract with it and pays social insurance for it.
To introduce talents, the following materials shall be provided for the Entry Permit for Migrants in Xi City:

2. The employer of the applicant signs a labor contract with it and pays social insurance for it.
Note: "Personal identity" means that the applicant has participated in the dispatch of college students and has an employment registration certificate in the file.
Those who meet the requirements come to our center with a letter of introduction, and provide the following materials after the file arrives:

1, unit business license, tax registration certificate, social security registration certificate
2. The transfer-in unit shall issue a written transfer-in application report (including the introduction of the unit, tax payment, social security payment, opinions of the relocated personnel and the company, and affix the official seal).
The transferred personnel shall provide:
1, personal account of employee's basic old-age insurance (issued by social security agency) and labor contract;
2 transferred personnel to fill in the "registration form" in triplicate (transferred out, transferred to the unit seal);
3. The latest physical examination form issued by the hospital at or above the county level, with liver function test sheet and blood type test;
4. The academic degree certificate and ID card of the transferred personnel;
5. Household registration book, household registration certificate and certificate of no criminal record (issued by the police station where the household registration is located);

Where the above conditions are met and the materials are complete, the unit manager shall submit them to our center to review the originals and copies of the above materials.
Acceptance time: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, and report to Xi Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for preliminary examination before the end of the month. If approved, the household registration and administrative relationship can be transferred.

3. After the online examination and approval by Xi Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the talent service center of High-tech Zone submits the corresponding written materials;
4.
