Chapter I General Provisions
Article 1.1.1 This code is formulated to ensure that the architectural design of shops meets the basic requirements of applicability, safety and hygiene.
article 1.1.2 this specification is applicable to newly built, expanded and rebuilt store buildings (including the store part of comprehensive buildings) in towns and industrial and mining areas throughout the country.
article 1.1.3 the architectural design of shops shall conform to the requirements of urban planning and environmental protection, and traffic routes shall be reasonably organized to facilitate the masses and show concern for the disabled.
article 1.1.4 the scale of store buildings shall be divided into large, medium and small according to their usage categories and construction area, and shall comply with the provisions in table 1.1.4.
article 1.1.5 the architectural design of shops shall not only comply with the provisions of this code, but also comply with the general principles of civil architectural design (JGJ37-87) and relevant design standards, codes and regulations issued by the state and professional departments.
chapter ii base and general layout
section 1 site selection and layout
article 2.1.1 the construction base of large and medium-sized shops should be located in a suitable location in the urban commercial area or main roads. In large and medium-sized vegetable market construction bases, the access exit should not be less than 71m away from the starting point of the red line turn at the intersection of urban trunk roads. The service radius of shops in the community should not exceed 311m m.
Article 2.1.2 Store buildings should not be located near workshops, warehouses and flammable and combustible materials yards with Class A and Class B fire hazards; If the land use conditions are limited, the safe distance should comply with the relevant provisions of the fire protection code.
article 2.1.3 large and medium-sized store buildings shall have at least two entrances and exits adjacent to urban roads; Or the base should have no less than 1/4 of the total length of the surrounding area and no less than two entrances and exits of the building adjacent to one side of the city road.
article 2.1.4 in large and medium-sized store bases, transport roads with a clear width of not less than 4m should be set on the back or side of buildings. Fire lanes in the base can also be combined with transportation roads.
article 2.1.5 before the main entrances and exits of newly-built large and medium-sized shops and buildings are built, according to the requirements of local planning departments, appropriate distribution sites shall be reserved.
article 2.1.6 if there is no public parking space nearby for large and medium-sized store buildings, a parking space should be set up in the base or a parking garage in the building according to the requirements of the local planning department.
Section 2 Pedestrian Mall
Article 2.2.1 Pedestrian Mall shall be closed to vehicles and shall comply with the relevant provisions of urban planning and fire control and transportation departments.
article 2.2.2 when the original urban road is changed into a pedestrian mall, it must meet the conditions that the adjacent road can bear the traffic flow in this section.
Article 2.2.3 The width of a pedestrian mall shall meet the following requirements according to different situations:
1. The width of the red line for rebuilding and expanding buildings and roads on both sides to become a pedestrian mall shall not be less than 11m;;
second, the width of the newly-built pedestrian mall can be determined according to the presence or absence of facilities and pedestrian flow in the street, and a width of not less than 5m should be reserved for the passage of fire engines.
article 2.2.4 the length of a pedestrian mall should not be greater than 511m, and at intervals not greater than 161m, a fire lane should be set across the block.
article 2.2.5 if there is a roof over the pedestrian mall, the clear height should not be less than 5.51m, and its structure should comply with the provisions of the fire protection code, and safe lighting materials should be used.
article 2.2.6 if the two sides of the pedestrian mall are multi-storey buildings, when the verandahs, overpasses and staircases are set up for traffic functions, they shall comply with the provisions of the fire protection code.
article 2.2.7 parking lots should be set up near the entrances and exits of the pedestrian mall.
Chapter III Architectural Design
Section 1 General Provisions
Article 3.1.1 A store building is divided into three parts according to its function: business, storage and assistance. Traffic should be organized inside and outside the building, people and goods should avoid crossing, and there should be fire prevention and safety zones.
article 3.1.2 the proportion of the construction area of the business, storage and auxiliary parts of the store building can refer to the provisions in table 3.1.2.
note: ① in the store building, if the business part is mixed with a large amount of storage area, only its auxiliary part can be used.
② The warehouse and auxiliary buildings may not all be built in the same base.
③ if the centralized commodity storage and distribution warehouse and social service facilities are set up in the city, the proportion of storage and auxiliary parts can be reduced appropriately.
article 3.1.3 all protruding signs and advertisements outside the store building shall be safe and reliable, and the vertical distance from the bottom to the outdoor floor shall not be less than 5m.
Article 3.1.4 When setting up outward-looking windows in a store building, the following requirements shall be met:
1. The height of the window platform should not be less than 1.21m above the indoor floor and not less than 1.51 m above the outdoor floor;
second, the window should meet the requirements of sun protection, anti-glare and anti-theft;
third, the closed window in the heating area is generally not heated, and its inner wall should be of heat insulation structure and its exterior should be of anti-fog structure.
Article 3.1.5 The external doors and windows of the business and storage rooms shall meet the following requirements:
First, the doors and windows on the ground floor (building) connecting with the outside world shall be equipped with anti-theft facilities;
second, according to the specific requirements, external doors and windows should be ventilated, rain-proof, sun-proof, thermal insulation and other measures.
The public stairs and ramps in the business part of Article 3.1.6 shall meet the following requirements:
1. The clear width of each step of the indoor stairs shall not be less than 1.41m, the step height shall not be greater than 1.16m, and the step width shall not be less than 1.28 m;
second, the step height of outdoor steps should not be greater than 1.15m, and the step width should not be less than 1.31m;;
3. The gradient of the ramp for wheelchair use should not be greater than 1∶12. Handrails with a height of 1.65m should be set on both sides. When the horizontal projection length exceeds 15m, a rest platform should be set up.
article 3.1.7 when the business part of a large store has four floors or more, passenger elevators or escalators should be set up; The multi-storey warehouse of the store can be equipped with freight elevator or electric hoist and conveyor according to the scale.
Article 3.1.8 The escalator installed in the business part shall meet the following requirements:
1. The horizontal included angle of the inclined part of the escalator shall be equal to or less than 31;
2. The horizontal parts at the upper and lower ends of the escalator shall not be used for other purposes within 3m;
3. When only one-way escalators are provided, compatible stairs should be provided nearby.
article 3.1.9 the business hall of a store shall make use of natural lighting as much as possible.
article 3.1.11 when natural ventilation is used in the business hall, the effective ventilation area of windows and other openings should not be less than 1/21 of the floor area, and organized ventilation measures should be taken according to specific requirements, and mechanical ventilation should be used for compensation if it is not enough.
Article 3.1.11 The building structure of the store business hall with system air conditioning or heating shall meet the following requirements:
1. The envelope structure shall meet the requirements of building thermal engineering;
2. There should be no obvious structural defects of cold (hot) bridges and seepage deformation joints in the business hall;
3. Sound attenuation and fire prevention devices should be installed in ventilation ducts and openings;
iv. the partition wall between the business hall and the air treatment room should be fireproof and sound-proof, and it is not allowed to open the door directly.
Section II Business Section
Article 3.2.1 The design of the general business hall shall meet the following requirements:
1. The cabinets shall be properly divided, partitioned or layered according to the types, selectivity and sales volume of commodities, and the sales area with dense customers shall be located in the convenient access area;
second, the size of the column net in the hall depends on the size of the store, the mode of operation and the structural selection, which should be convenient for the layout of counters and shelves and have certain flexibility. Channels should be convenient for customers to flow and have uniform entrances and exits.
article 3.2.2 the area of each sales area in an ordinary business hall can be determined according to different commodity types and sales busyness. The area index of the business hall can be calculated according to the average sales position of 15m2 (including the part occupied by customers); It can also be calculated as 1.35m2 per customer.
note: if a large number of goods are stacked in the business hall, the area beyond the calculation of indicators should be included in the storage part.
article 3.2.3 the minimum clear width of the passage in the ordinary business hall shall comply with the provisions in table 3.2.3.
article 3.2.4 the clear height of the business hall shall be determined according to its plane shape and ventilation mode, and shall comply with the provisions in table 3.2.4.
article 3.2.5: in or near the business hall, the small room or space added for the year of selling goods shall meet the following requirements:
1. When there are many counters selling clothes, a fitting room shall be set up;
2. The land area for repairing clocks and watches, electrical appliances and electronic products can be 6m2 per staff member;
3. It is advisable to set up an audition room for selling musical instruments and audio equipment, with an area of not less than 2m2.
article 3.2.6 the design of the optional business hall shall meet the following requirements:
1. it is advisable to set up separate optional venues for industrial products and food products in the comprehensive business hall;
2. In front of the hall, there should be a customer's clothes storage place, a gate for entering the hall, a container storage place for purchasing and a packaging place for collecting money from the hall, etc. The total area should not be less than 8% of the area of the business hall;
3. According to the number of customers that can be accommodated in the hall, there should be 1 collection and packaging tables (including 1.61m wide customer passage) for every 111 people at the exit position;
fourth, each business hall with an area of over 1111m2 should be equipped with CCTV monitoring devices.
article 3.2.7 the area index of the optional business hall can be calculated as 1.35m2 per customer (1.71m2 for shopping by car).
article 3.2.8 the minimum clear width of the passage in the optional business hall shall be checked according to the designed number of people accommodated in the hall and the width of the passage used for evacuation.
article 3.2.9 the architectural design of joint-venture shopping malls and commercial centers shall conform to the provisions of this code, and the catering industry and entertainment buildings shall also conform to the provisions of relevant special architectural design codes.
Article 3.2.11 The design of the shops arranged consecutively in a joint-venture mall shall meet the following requirements:
1. The indoor transportation of each shop shall not occupy the public passage (inner street) during business hours, and an additional working passage may be set up if necessary;
second, the cooktop of the restaurant should not face the public passage, and should have good smoke exhaust and ventilation facilities;
3. In the store, if there is a counter facing the business of the public * * * channel, the front edge of the counter should be set back from the sideline of the lane not less than 1.51 m;
iv. The decorative materials and structures of partition walls and suspended ceilings of various stores shall not reduce the fire resistance rating of shopping mall buildings, and shall not arbitrarily add overload beyond the design requirements;
5. The safety exits and their spacing of each public passage shall comply with the provisions of the fire protection code.
article 3.2.11 the minimum clear width of the public * * * passage between shops arranged in succession in a joint-venture mall shall comply with the provisions in table 3.2.11.
Article 3.2.12 The facilities for serving customers in large and medium-sized stores shall meet the following requirements (not included in the business hall area index):
1. The customer's rest area shall be calculated as 1 ~ 1.41% of the business hall area, and the area not more than 15m2 may be increased if a small sales counter (including storage) is attached;
2. Every 1511m2; in the business hall, it is advisable to set up a local telephone location (with a sound barrier), each of which is 1m2;
third, a customer's toilet should be set up; It is advisable to set up a service information desk.
Article 3.2.13 The design of customer toilets in large and medium-sized stores shall meet the following requirements:
1. Men's toilets shall be equipped with 1 toilet seats, 2 urinals or urinals with a length of 1.21m per 1,111 people;
2. There should be 1 toilet seats for every 51 people in the women's toilet, and there should be at least 1 ~ 2 toilet seats in the total;
3. The men's and women's toilets should be equipped with a front room with a sewage pool and a washbasin, with 1 washbasins for every 6 toilet seats, but at least 1 toilets;
If the front room is shared, the entrance of each toilet room should be provided with a shielding screen;
Fourth, the toilet should have good ventilation and exhaust;
5. The store should set up a separate tool room for washing and cleaning.
Section III Warehouse Section
Article 3.3.1 The warehouse section shall be provided with storage warehouses (general warehouse, sub-warehouse and bulk warehouse) for short-term turnover of goods and rooms for sorting, processing and management related to goods in and out of the warehouse and sales; The proportion of this part to the total construction area of the store can be determined according to Article 3.1.2.
Article 3.3.2 The design of the building shall meet the following requirements:
1. The building shall meet the requirements of fire prevention code, and shall meet the requirements of theft prevention, ventilation, moisture prevention and rat prevention;
second, the branch warehouse and bulk warehouse should be close to the relevant sales area in the business hall, which is convenient for the handling of goods and less disturbing to customers.
Article 3.3.3 The storage part of food stores shall meet the following requirements:
1. According to the different storage conditions of commodities and the influence of odor and pollution between commodities, warehouses shall be set up separately or effective isolation measures shall be taken in the warehouses;
second, floors and dados of all kinds of houses should be washable surfaces, and toxic and chemically reactive coatings are strictly prohibited.
3. If a processing plant is attached, its facilities shall comply with the provisions of the Food Hygiene Law.
Article 3.3.4 The goods stored in the warehouse shall be compact and regular, and the net width of the aisle between shelves or stacks shall comply with the provisions in Table 3.3.4.
Article 3.3.5 The clear height of the warehouse shall be determined by the effective storage space and the vertical transportation distance to the business hall, and shall meet the following requirements:
1. The clear height of the warehouse with shelves shall not be less than 2.11 m;
second, the clear height of the warehouse with mezzanine should not be less than 4.61m;;
Third, the clear height of the warehouse without fixed stacking form should not be less than 3m.
note: the clear height of the warehouse should be calculated according to the vertical height from the floor to the bottom of the main beam or lower chord of the superstructure.
article 3.3.6 if the basement and semi-basement of a store building are used as temporary storage, acceptance, sorting and processing sites for commodities, good moisture-proof and ventilation measures shall be taken.
Section IV Auxiliary Part
The auxiliary part of Article 3.4.1 shall be set according to the size of the store and the business needs. Including outward window, office business and employee welfare rooms, as well as various building equipment rooms and garages; The proportion of this part in the total construction area of the store can be determined according to Article 3.1.2.
article 3.4.2 the office business and employee welfare housing area of the store can be calculated according to the 3 ~ 3.51m2 for each sales post.
Article 3.4.3 The design of toilets used in stores shall meet the following requirements:
1. Men's toilets shall be equipped with 1 toilet seats, 1 urinals or 1.61m long urinals for every 51 people;
2. There should be 1 toilet seats for every 31 people in the women's toilet, and there should be at least 1 ~ 2 toilet seats in the total;
2. There should be 1 sewage tanks in the bathroom, and 1 washbasins for every 35 people;
four, large and medium-sized shops can set up centralized bathrooms according to actual needs, and the area index is 1.11m2 per fixed staff.
Section V Professional Stores
Article 3.5.1 The architectural design of vegetable market shall meet the following requirements:
