According to the code for fire protection design of buildings:
8.5.8 For catering establishments with a business area of more than 500m2 in public buildings, automatic fire extinguishing devices should be installed in the cooking hood and cooking parts in the cooking operation room, and automatic emergency cut-off devices should be installed on gas or oil pipelines.
If it's an internal canteen, you don't need to spray it. See 8.3 Location of indoor fire hydrant.
8.3. 1 DN65 indoor fire hydrants shall be provided for the following buildings in addition to the provisions in Article 8.3.4 of this specification:
4. Other civil buildings, such as office buildings, teaching buildings and non-residential buildings. More than five floors or the volume is greater than 10000 cubic meters;
Residential buildings above 5.7 floors should be equipped with indoor fire hydrant system. In case of real difficulties, only dry fire standpipe and DN65 indoor fire hydrant can be set instead of fire hydrant box. The diameter of fire riser should not be less than DN65.
8.3.3 Fire hose reels shall be installed in crowded public buildings, and the scale of public buildings such as indoor fire hydrants shall be lower than the provisions in Article 8.3. 1 of this specification; Commercial service outlets with a building area of more than 200m2 should be equipped with fire hose reels or portable fire hoses.
