Party A and Party B have reached the following agreement on the transfer of the store through friendly negotiation, and both parties shall abide by it:
Article 1 Before August 3, 20041,Party A handed over the store located at No.36 Dongpu Road (with an area of 80 square meters) to Party B for use.
Article 2 The serial number of the ownership certificate of this store is that the property owner is C. Article 3 All the existing decoration, decoration and equipment (including) of the store shall be used by Party B free of charge. Article 5 The business license of this store has been obtained by Party A, and its business scope is catering. During the lease term, Party A will continue to handle the business license, tax registration and other related procedures in the name of Party A, but all related expenses and debts caused by Party B's operation shall be borne by Party B, which has nothing to do with Party A. Before Party B takes over the operation, all debts owed by the store and Jincheng Hotel listed in the business license shall be paid by Party A, which has nothing to do with Party B. ..
Article 6 If Party B fails to pay the transfer fee on time, Party B shall pay the transfer fee to Party A on a daily basis, except that the delivery date of Party A is postponed accordingly.
One thousandth of the liquidated damages, if overdue for 30 days, Party A has the right to terminate the contract, and Party B shall pay the liquidated damages to Party A at the rate of 15% of the transfer fee. Article 8 If the government has ordered the demolition of the store before the signing of this contract, Party A shall return all the leasing fees, compensate the renovation loss of RMB, and pay the liquidated damages of/kloc-0.5% of the leasing fees.
