Production steps

1. Black tea needs to be boiled. Put about 1 taels of black tea into a special cloth bag (to filter the broken dregs in the tea), and then put the tea bag into boiling water for about 5 minutes. In the process of cooking, you need to keep stirring in the water with a hand-held cloth bag. After the time is almost the same, then squeeze the water out of the cloth bag and dump the residue in the bag.

2. add milk powder. It takes 3 bags of milk powder to make a pot of sweet tea, and the total weight is 2 kg. Pour the milk powder into the blender, add the freshly cooked tea, stir well and pour it into the pot. After adding milk powder, there will be foam, which needs to be stirred constantly with a ladle, and the foam will gradually decrease. Adding three carefully selected different brands of milk powder, repeated experiments, according to the corresponding proportion, sweet tea will taste better and have its own unique characteristics.

3. Add white sugar to black tea. Add about 1 kg 3 liang of sugar, and then stir well. After adding milk powder and sugar, be sure to boil the black tea, otherwise it will make you feel bloated and uncomfortable.

4. Cook the black tea again. Repeat the first step, but this time the amount of black tea is about 2 Liang, and the cooking time is about five or six minutes. Because the bag containing black tea has been boiled in boiling water and it is very hot, there is a trick when squeezing the bag: hold the bag in one hand and turn the bag with the other hand, and finally put the bag on the edge of the pot and squeeze it with the ladle.

5. The sweet tea is made. Experienced masters will judge whether the concentration of tea flavor is appropriate according to the color of sweet tea, and then see if the sweetness is moderate through the taste of sweet tea. Finally, the sweet tea is made, put into a thermos to keep warm, and can be taken out for drinking at any time.
