Twenty-sixth food production and marketing personnel must carry out health examination every year; New and temporary food workers must have a health examination and obtain a health certificate before they can take part in the work. ?
Anyone who suffers from dysentery, typhoid fever, viral hepatitis and other digestive tract infectious diseases (including pathogen carriers), active tuberculosis, suppurative or exudative skin diseases and other diseases that hinder food hygiene shall not take part in direct contact with imported food.
2. Occupation of directly serving customers in public places.

Seventh people who directly serve customers in public places must hold a "health certificate" before they can engage in their own work. Article 6 of the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Regulations on Hygiene Management in Public Places suffers from the standards of disease hygiene management stipulated in Article 7 of the Regulations:

3. Drinking, eating, plastic surgery, nursing and other occupations.

Nineteenth employees engaged in drinking water, eating, cosmetic surgery, conservation and other work that is easy to spread infectious diseases must obtain health certificates in accordance with relevant state regulations before taking up their posts.
4. Directly engaged in cosmetics production.
Article 7 of the Regulations on Hygienic Supervision of Cosmetics, the personnel directly engaged in cosmetics production must have an annual health examination and obtain a health certificate before they can engage in cosmetics production activities.
Anyone suffering from tinea manuum, onychomycosis, hand eczema, hand psoriasis or scales, exudative dermatosis, dysentery, typhoid fever, viral hepatitis, active tuberculosis and other infectious diseases may not directly engage in cosmetic production activities.

Article 19 of the Ministry of Labor's Regulations on Employment Service and Employment Management stipulates: "An employer may not refuse to hire a person on the grounds that he is a carrier of infectious diseases. However, the pathogen carriers of infectious diseases who have been medically identified shall not engage in the work that is easy to spread infectious diseases, which is prohibited by laws, administrative regulations and the provisions of the health administrative department of the State Council. In addition to the work prohibited by the national laws, administrative regulations and the provisions of the health administrative department of the State Council, the employer shall not forcibly use the serological indicators of hepatitis B virus as the medical examination standard. "
Regulations:
The Measures for the Implementation of the Law on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases in People's Republic of China (PRC) issued by the Ministry of Health stipulates that "employees who are engaged in drinking water, eating, cosmetic surgery, nursing and other work that is easy to spread infectious diseases must obtain health certificates in accordance with relevant state regulations before taking up their posts" and have regular physical examinations. At the same time, it is stipulated that patients or pathogen carriers should be treated in isolation until medical and health institutions prove that they are not contagious before they can resume their work.
I. Occupations prohibited by the State
On February 20 1 1 07 17, the Ministry of Health issued a document "Statement of the Open Government Affairs Office of the Ministry of Health that approved HBsAg carriers are not allowed to engage in occupations".
On February 10, 2065438, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Health jointly issued the Notice on Further Standardizing the Physical Examination Items for Admission and Employment, and Safeguarding the Rights and Interests of HBsAg Carriers in Admission and Employment (hereinafter referred to as the Notice), stipulating that "the competent departments of the industry that really need to test hepatitis B items in the physical examination for admission and employment due to special occupations should submit research reports and written applications to the Ministry of Health, and they can only do so after being approved by the Ministry of Health. The occupation that the approved carriers of hepatitis B surface antigen are not allowed to engage in shall be announced to the public by the Ministry of Health. The physical examination of the army, armed police and public security special police shall be carried out in accordance with relevant regulations. "
At present, hepatitis B surface antigen carriers are not allowed to engage in occupations and industries that can carry out relevant testing with the approval of the Ministry of Health are:
1. According to the "Special Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial)" issued by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, "HBV pathogen carriers, special police positions, are unqualified."
2. According to the Ministry of Health's "Reply on the Adjustment Opinions on Hepatitis B Physical Examination and Appraisal of Civil Aviation Aircrew", civil aviation recruits flight students to carry out the physical examination and appraisal of hepatitis B project, and can retain the physical examination and appraisal of hepatitis B project.
3. Employees engaged in blood collection, blood component preparation and blood supply in blood stations. According to the Notice of the Ministry of Health on Revising August 4th (No.69, Weifa [2010]), blood stations should "establish employee health records. Personnel engaged in blood collection, blood component preparation, blood supply, etc. shall be tested for blood-borne pathogen infection once a year. Those who are negative for hepatitis B virus surface antibodies should be vaccinated with hepatitis B virus vaccine free of charge after seeking their opinions.
