1. Safety requirements for methanol fuel procurement:

2. Safety requirements for methanol fuel transportation:

(1) Catering enterprises are not allowed to transport methanol fuel by themselves, but should entrust them to units with corresponding dangerous goods transportation qualifications.

(2) The methanol fuel transported by automobiles shall conform to the provisions of JT617 and JT618.

3. Unloading:

(1) Unloading of methanol fuel should be carried out under the on-site supervision of safety management personnel.

(2) Warning signs should be set in the unloading operation area of methanol fuel. Irrelevant personnel are not allowed to enter the unloading operation area.

(3) When entering the unloading operation area of methanol fuel, it should be:

(4) The engine should be turned off when discharging. When loading and unloading in thunderstorm weather, it should be confirmed that the measures to avoid lightning and damp are effective.

(5) During the unloading of methanol tank car, special grounding conductor (coiled) should be adopted, and the tank car and unloading equipment should be connected with each other by clamps and grounding terminals. The grounding wire shall be connected before the tank is opened. After unloading, stop for more than 2 minutes before removing the grounding wire.
