Guangxi cuisine, namely Guangxi cuisine, refers to the dishes that are mainly made of raw materials in Guangxi and are made by using the special cooking techniques in Guangxi, and have the cultural connotation of Guangxi cuisine. According to the group standard of Guangxi Cuisine Standard System issued by Guangxi Cuisine and Catering Industry Association (implemented on February 1, 2121), Guangxi cuisine is divided into four flavors, namely, northern Guangxi, western Guangxi, southeastern Guangxi and Binhai, and ***139 represents dishes. [1] Guangxi cuisine has formed the main characteristics of "natural ecology and original taste" and the food culture characteristics of "based on rice food, original taste, multi-ethnic integration and sour taste". Among them, "based on rice food" is an important feature that distinguishes Guangxi cuisine from other cuisines.
