What kind of food is usually available on China Southern Airlines planes
If it's an airline that offers meals (i.e., not a low-cost airline), there is food, but it depends on the time of day.

1. If your flight is in the morning, heated snacks are provided;

2. If you are booked on a Chinese or dinner time flight, a full meal is provided.

3. If your booking is for a time period other than the one mentioned above, it depends on the length of the flight, if it is for the Beijing flight, then cold snacks (bread and cakes and so on) will be provided;

4. If it is for a long flight and cakes and breads and so on will be provided, and if it is for a short flight (the flight time is from 50 minutes to 1 hour and 20 minutes), then snacks (small snacks and cakes and so on) will be provided. If it is a short flight (50 minutes - 1 hour 20 minutes or so), snacks (small packets of peanuts, nuts, candied fruit, etc.) are provided. All flights offer a variety of beverages, both hot and cold. On short flights (e.g., Xiamen-Fuzhou flights of 35-40 minutes or so), you may only be offered small drinks in Raleigh packets, small bottles of mineral water, or snacks.

5, if you booked a low-cost airline, may only send a small bottle of mineral water, or nothing, but you can according to the different provisions of each company to bring their own snacks, drinks on board.
