1. Simple food
Simple food, as the name suggests, is food that does not need to be fired or prepared. Food that you can start eating when you sit down. If it is a short backpacking route, I personally highly recommend this kind of food. First of all, compressed cookies, it is small and hunger resistant.
The simplest are small packaged snacks like cookies and milk.
But that's too easy, so let me recommend foods that can be made at home ahead of time and are also resistant to storage.
One, egg sandwiches
Egg sandwiches are very simple and easy to store, very suitable for outdoor use
Materials:
2 slices of bread, an egg, a pinch of salt, a little ketchup
Do:
1. Beat a raw egg, slightly poked and crumbled with a fork or a spoon, and then use a slice of bread dipped in egg, so that the yolk or white distributed , so that the yolk or white is evenly distributed on the surface of the bread slice.
2.2. Gently pinch a pinch of salt and sprinkle evenly over the egg mixture, then spread ketchup over the top.

Two, banana sandwiches
If you like to eat fruit or have a sweet tooth. I recommend one of my exclusive secret recipe sandwiches. It is the banana sandwich, its thick cheese with the sweet flavor of banana is my favorite food to prepare in the short trail.

Three, cold cucumber

2. Self-heating food
If you don't like the simple food above cold, I recommend you to prepare some, self-heating food. Just simply pour cold water and wait for about 15 minutes, we can have a hot meal in the wild.
