Pre-packaging refers to the food that has been quantitatively packed in advance or put into (poured into) containers and provided directly to consumers.
Pre-packaged food business license needs to be prepared:
1. First, fill out the application report. 2. Application for Hygiene License of XX Municipal Health Bureau. 3. Copy of the notice of pre-approval of enterprise name. 4. List of health management organizations (structures). 5. Health management system in various places. 6. List of main production equipment. 7. Four sets of drawings and floor plans of the construction project (air conditioning system production workshop, production equipment, water supply and drainage system, sanitary facilities layout, ventilation and exhaust) require blueprints or computer printed drawings (indicating the size, area and business unit name). 8. Practitioner's health certificate and health knowledge training certificate (you don't need to provide them when you declare, but you must provide them before you get the certificate).
prepackaged foods is not a kind of food, just to distinguish it from naked food. What is emphasized here is "quantitative packaging" and "directly provided to consumers". Non-quantitative packaging, such as transportation packaging to prevent pollution during transportation or simple packaging fruits, vegetables, aquatic food, livestock (meat), poultry (meat), eggs, small pieces of candy, chocolate, instant fast food box lunch, etc., does not belong to prepackaged foods; Raw materials and auxiliary materials used by food enterprises and catering industries that do not directly sell to consumers, even if they are packaged, do not belong to prepackaged foods as defined in GB7718.
