7. Group financial/audit management personnel: College degree or above, accounting/auditing major, intermediate title, under 41 years old, with more than 3 years management experience and strong financial management ability.

11. Property consultant: under 35 years old, college degree or above, major in business management, strong Mandarin and external coordination and communication skills, with 1-2 years of investment promotion experience in large shopping malls and office buildings.
