As for the authentic steak, I haven't tasted it yet, so I took my mother's hand and walked to this steak shop.
As soon as I entered the steakhouse, a strong Italian flavor filled the air, elegant waltzes were played on the stereo, and other diners tinkled steaks with knives and forks ... This became a beautiful scenic spot in this steakhouse.
My mother and I found a window seat and sat down. I ordered a children's steak and my mother ordered a filet mignon. About ten minutes later, two steaks came one after another. As soon as the waiter lifted the lid, a thick fragrance came to the nose and the steak covered with sauce was sizzling. There is also a pinch of spaghetti. The spaghetti covered with tomato sauce is crystal clear in the light, and a small fried egg is next to it. The yellow yolk has not completely solidified. I blew it with my mouth and it shook like jelly, so I poked it with chopsticks and all the golden yolk oozed out.
I started to eat. I held a knife in my right hand and a fork in my left hand, cutting the steak incongruously. Because the steak I want is medium-rare, it is quite tender. I cut off a small piece of diced steak without much effort. I fork the diced steak and put it in my mouth. The waxy sauce is slippery, the diced steak is tender and delicious, and the spaghetti is slippery and slightly hard. After a while, I sucked and ate it.
The warm sunshine filtered through the window, spilled on the ground, and splashed on my T- shirt. It felt so good to be full. The steak in this restaurant is really delicious. I will come again next time!
