First, divide the basement into eight fire zones with firewall and fire shutter, and the area of each zone is not more than 511m2.

2. Divide the basement into four fire zones with firewall and fire shutter, and all of them are equipped with automatic sprinkler system (the allowed fire zone area is doubled), and the area of each zone is not more than 1,111m2.

3. The basement functions as an underground garage (which needs a ramp for cars to get in and out to contact the ground) and an equipment room, and all of them are equipped with an automatic sprinkler system, and the basement is divided into two fire zones with a firewall and a fire shutter. For underground garage and equipment room, the maximum allowable building area of fire protection zone is 1,111m2, which can be increased to 2,111m2 by installing automatic sprinkler system.
