Fried is a well-known local old shop, which is very distinctive. As soon as I entered the store, a strong local flavor came to my face, as if I were in the canteen of the commune period. Low table, low stool, red five-pointed star enamel tea urn, big black bowl. The whole hall was packed, and it was like eating a pot of rice at that special time.

The operation of this store is also very distinctive. Just order a pot and send everything else, including a slag. Eat and add until you are full.

We ordered a 198 yuan chicken pot. As soon as we sat down, the waiter put ten kinds of Tujia side dishes on a table one after another. Before I could pay any more, another pot of slag came. Just after eating a bowl of dregs, the pot we ordered came up, and potato rice was served at the same time. The waiter said while serving, you can add anything you want.

We are already hungry. I think everything is delicious, and the waiter keeps adding more rice to us. I was really embarrassed when I added it for the fourth time. I waved my hand again and again and said enough.

Tujia Lai has a special taste. Every dish smells of smoked wax and sour, with a slight salty taste, which is very appetizing. Potato rice is also very distinctive, that is, potatoes and rice are steamed together, which has both the fragrance of rice and the softness of potatoes, and the dishes are delicious without food.

When I came back from my visit to Sobya the next day, I followed Du Niang to the "Aunt" restaurant not far from my residence.

This is a restaurant specializing in hot pot. The operation mode is also very distinctive. Dozens of hot pot varieties are spread out on a long stone platform, and customers can do whatever they want.

After playing all day, we only had one breakfast. Up to now, our stomachs are empty, so we ordered a fish hot pot and a stone pot potato rice first, thinking that we should pad our stomachs first, but not enough.

When the waiter brought the hot pot, boy, there were fish, vegetables and tofu in this cauldron. This fish is a Qingjiang fish, which is extremely fresh and tender. This tofu is made of clear water, and it is fragrant and smooth.

Waiting for the waiter to serve bibimbap will surprise us even more. In the thick and big stone pot, the hot potato rice is delicious and the bottom of the pot sizzles. After the waiter stabilized the pot, he kept turning the potato rice with a shovel. A burnt smell of baked potatoes and fried rice comes to the nose, accompanied by a proper amount of bacon and sauerkraut, which complement each other. The compound smell left a lingering fragrance between his lips and teeth, which is unforgettable so far.

These two large portions are enough for us to eat.

After eating several times in Enshi, the biggest feeling is reality. Especially breakfast, whether it is a regular restaurant or a street stall, will be equipped with a variety of free side dishes, customers can grab at will.
