In order to thoroughly implement Scientific Outlook on Development, optimize the development environment and improve work efficiency, according to the Administrative Licensing Law of the People's Republic of China and relevant laws and regulations, the municipal government carried out a comprehensive clean-up of municipal administrative licensing matters in our city. After strict examination and demonstration, the municipal government decided to cancel and adjust a number of administrative licensing matters, and now the clean-up plan will be announced.

relevant departments at all levels should carefully organize the implementation according to the announced clean-up plan. Matters that are decided to be retained and continued to be implemented should be relatively centralized in accordance with the requirements and be uniformly incorporated into the municipal administrative examination and approval service hall. For matters decided to cancel or stop implementation, follow-up supervision should be strengthened, and licenses should not be implemented in any form. For matters that decide to change the management mode, it is necessary to formulate supporting measures, strengthen in-process inspection and after-the-fact inspection, and prevent a management vacuum. For the matters that are decided to be implemented in decentralized districts and cities, it is necessary to transform the process and make a good connection. For matters decided not to be included in the catalogue of municipal administrative licensing matters, procedures should be simplified and efficiency should be improved.
