1895 ―― The French Blue Ribbon School, the world's first chef school, was established in Paris. One hundred years later, the French blue ribbon branch has 28 schools in 15 countries around the world. There are more than 20,000 students from more than 70 different countries every year. Bachelor's degree, MBA degree and master's degree in gastronomy provided by French Blue Ribbon.
The end of 19 ―― The French Blue Ribbon Cooking Weekly was founded and became the largest collection of cooking books in the world in the next 70 years.
1927-When the Daily Mail of London mentioned the French Blue Ribbon, it was called the Babel of different nationalities.
1933-French blue ribbon culinary art institute was established in Britain.
1940- The U.S. government has introduced a special policy to provide scholarships for students studying in the French Blue Ribbon branch in the United States. Juliet julia child, who graduated from the French Academy of Blue Ribbon Cuisine, became the first senior chef to teach cooking on TV.
1953—— The graduates of French Ribbon Gourmet College were invited to organize a coronation banquet for Queen Elizabeth II, and thus created the French blue ribbon chicken, which has been popular ever since.
1988- The first North American school of the French Blue Ribbon Culinary Art Institute was established in Ottawa, Canada.
1990- French Ribbon Gourmet Institute entered Asia and opened tea restaurants and cafes in Singapore and Japan.
1995 ―― The first batch of Shanghai students entered the class of French Blue Ribbon Culinary Art Institute with the financial support of China government.
In 2007, the French Blue Ribbon awarded China students the qualification to apply.
