The work here is to go to work at 9:00 a.m. and work until 1:00 p.m. to finish work. The work is a bit heavy, one stop has to stand a few times. Now that I think about it, I can insist on it, really feel very gratified. At the beginning, people treated me as a newcomer and did not accept me. For example, after work, I took the initiative to help the waiter to organize the dishes, tables and chairs. First of all, I realize that being a leader is not really easy. Our boss's wife works especially hard. I heard from a colleague that when the hotel first opened, the boss's wife came to the hotel at 6:00 a.m. alone to check whether the vegetables and meats were fresh, and went out to buy the missing dishes. She would not get herself off work until 11:30 p.m., and would not go home until all the customers were gone and everything was packed. Even now, the boss's wife works earlier than we do and later than we do, and the hard work speaks for itself. Of course she does more than that, of course, she has to understand the market situation, to promote their own hotels, but also to deal with a variety of social relations, industry and commerce, taxation, health, everything needs to be taken care of! Also consider how to make the staff work willingly, rather than? Pay willingly? To work, so that the work is not motivated to let employees really taste their own work is responsible for, rather than perfunctory, which is in fact difficult to control, because the supervisor is always harder to control than the objective. I think the boss's wife did a good job overall, but there are still shortcomings, otherwise how would some employees leave? So it needs to be improved. For example, in terms of food and accommodation, the conditions are really not good, I think if we can improve some of them, then the staff's motivation can certainly be greatly improved, they will be down to work. From the boss's wife, I learned that to succeed, to fly higher and go farther, we are required to do better, work harder, and pay more sweat than ordinary people can do. Also, as a summer laborer, and being alone in a place so far away from home, at first I was worried that the long-term workers and locals there would bully me. I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to handle a good relationship with them, that they would laugh at me for being a nerd and not care to socialize with me. Many of my former classmates who worked outside told me to pay attention to self-protection outside and not to trust others too much, or else I would easily be cheated. After a few days of adaptation, I learned that there are good and bad people out there, and you can't generalize. We need to have a pair of bright eyes to be able to distinguish people's hearts correctly. One of my colleagues is particularly nice. When I first went there, he protected me and told other colleagues not to bully me, which was particularly touching. I am very careful with my relationship with my coworkers and with my boss's wife. I realized that money is not easy to come by. In the past, the money is gone is directly to the parents to ask, did not think to cherish the fruits of parental labor. I also learned a lot of useful knowledge, the chef has taught me a lot of cooking skills, told me when to high fire, when to low fire, when to put spices, when the dishes will be cooked. After returning home, I also made a special meal for my parents, they were very happy and praised me for cooking.
Also, I know to have self-respect at all times. When someone bullies you, you can't just put up with it. When they go too far, fight back firmly. Although the customer is God, but there is always that kind of people, rely on their own so little money to toss others, obviously is not right anymore. When I saw a little girl as a waitress was so angry that she cried, I found the boss's wife to comment, and finally let that customer apologize.
