2 chicken thighs, 2 tbsp cornstarch, 1 egg, breadcrumbs, salt, cooking wine, cumin, 5 tbsp flour
Methods
1. Wash the chicken thighs, drain well, slash them with a knife a few times and then put them in a bowl, marinate them for 2 hours with salt, cooking wine and cumin powder.
2. Put a little salt, flour and cornstarch into a large bowl and mix well, add some water to make a paste, then beat in the egg and stir well to make an egg batter.
3. Dip the marinated chicken thighs into the egg batter and then into a layer of breadcrumbs.
4. Heat enough oil in a wok to cover the chicken thighs and deep-fry over medium-low heat until the surface is golden brown and crispy.
2. Burger
Ingredients
1 chicken thigh, 1 chicken breast, 1 egg yolk, 1 tbsp oil, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp cornstarch, 1/2 tsp flour.
How to make
(1) Grind chicken thighs and breasts into fine meat or chop them finely with a knife by yourself.
(2) Beat the chicken for 5 minutes, add the marinade and stir vigorously in a clockwise direction.
(3) Squeeze the stuffing into rounds and divide into equal portions. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan, add the hamburger chicken stuffing, flatten it with a spatula, and brown it on both sides.
(4) To make more for freezing, use 4 plastic bags, put the round stuffing into them, then flatten them according to your favorite thickness, and put them into the freezer to freeze one by one.
