Legal basis: Measures for the Administration of Health Examination of Employees

Article 11 A medical and health institution with health examination conditions shall submit a written application to the local food and drug supervision and administration department, which shall determine it according to the principles of reasonable layout, quality assurance and convenience for physical examination. The health inspection institution shall, within 11 working days after the medical examination results are issued, inform the unit where the health inspectors are located and the local food and drug supervision and administration department in writing of the medical examination results. To undertake the physical examination results of employees' health examination institutions, and the whole province can recognize each other within one year.

Article 15 Health inspection institutions are responsible for the issuance of health certificates. After the health examination results are delivered, the health certificate shall be issued within 5 working days without objection, and its validity period is one year. The style of health checklist and health certificate shall be uniformly stipulated by the provincial food and drug supervision and administration department.
