In view of this situation, Gao Ping suggested that many private hospitals in Yunnan choose to start with the catering industry and establish the "Care Fund for Female Migrant Workers in Kunming Private Hospitals" to reduce the medical expenses of female migrant workers in the catering industry and ensure the health of female migrant workers. The fund for caring for female employees consists of three parts, one is the restaurant that employs foreign female employees, the other is the hospital, and the third is the foreign female employees themselves. When a female restaurant employee goes to the hospital when she is sick, she only needs to pay part of the expenses, and the rest will be borne by the hospital and the restaurant. Provide necessary medical security for migrant women workers in catering industry who are marginalized by social security.
