What is class et?
Et class is an intensive training class for young children. The summer physical fitness class will cover children's five general energy bases: upper limb strength, lower limb strength, cardiopulmonary & etc. Endurance, balance, coordination, as well as bouncing the ball and skipping rope, help children build self-confidence, enhance courage, practice peace of mind and reach the standard smoothly. Respond to parents' appeals to help children improve their physical fitness in an all-round way.

ET Youth Physical Fitness Association will arrange the opening ceremony and physical fitness assessment on the first day of school to help each child evaluate the existing physical fitness level and understand the child's ability, so that the teacher can give personalized guidance to the child in the course.
