Haitian Center was designed with two elements, namely "the memory of the city" and "the rhyme of the sea". As the basic plane shape of the tower, rhythmic curves are derived from the local vertical direction, most indoor spaces are kept regular, and the overall facade emphasizes horizontal lines, which echoes the original Haitian Hotel. The design element of "the rhyme of the sea" is reflected in the "waves" on the north and south facades, which are generated with the height change.
