Four major difficulties

ZTO Express set up a special fund for epidemic prevention and control of 654.38 billion yuan, which is mainly used for risk protection of front-line employees after returning to work and relieving their worries. Shentong Express applied for a national special loan for epidemic prevention and control, issued a special debt for epidemic prevention and control, replenished funds in time, and strongly supported the resumption of work and production in key areas to ease the financial pressure. I also bought 500,000 yuan of COVID-19 insurance for the courier brother who returned to work at the outlet. YTO Express has set up an epidemic prevention guarantee fund with a total amount of 300 million yuan to provide interest-free financial support for outlets. The headquarters has uniformly purchased COVID-19 insurance and distributed it to every employee of the whole network free of charge. Dayun Express's overseas outlets will transport dozens of batches of medical materials with a total value of 1000 million yuan raised overseas to Hubei for free to fight the epidemic. Secondly, some distribution centers and express delivery stations cannot operate normally due to epidemic control measures, which affects our express delivery, delivery and problem handling. Thirdly, we all know that in some natural villages and communities, due to control measures, some terminal delivery facilities cannot be used, such as smart express boxes, terminal delivery platforms and terminal delivery stations, which also affect delivery efficiency and customer experience. At the same time, affected by the epidemic, the operating costs of express delivery enterprises have increased substantially, the prices of transportation and temporary employment have risen, and the operating costs of express delivery orders have risen a lot. The wages, rents and loan costs of employees of enterprises have to be paid as usual, and the cash flow pressure is still relatively high. Here, on behalf of all enterprises, I sincerely hope that local governments can actively provide relevant policy support for circulation enterprises that continue to provide prevention and control and supply guarantee, and help enterprises reduce operating costs and tide over the difficulties.
